Banyan Tree Doha At La Cigale Mushaireb

Apartment space & cleaned

The location of the hotel was not accurate for new visitors to Doha especially we have arrived at night where even outside sign was not clear ! I felt upset since it took me awhile to conclude the right way to reception

The property was amazing with a very nice ambiance. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; they kindly provided early check-in and late check-out since my flight was after midnight. Although my booking was without breakfast, they offered me a 50% discount, and the food was superb ?

I don’t recommend anyone booking this hotel

For the second time I am really dissatisfied about this property, they gave me a room for which the air conditioning was not working at all, and when I told them that I had a bad stay, they were fine with that, I don’t know why 5 starts is rated for such hotel !

Location and the flat size

No hot water unless opened for at least 5 min.Service respond is very late.Breakfast was not good and the stuff were not professional.

Great central location close to many spots. Friendly staff & spacious rooms. I would stay here again

The staff was very nice and very helpful specially mis Amal in the reception thank you

New rooms are amazingly luxurious, I would love to thank Ela from the reception team. She was an amazing host.

Spa and pool in another building.

The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the property was excellent. The location is a big advantage, as the hotel is very close to Msheireb Downtown and Souq Waqif, making it easy and convenient to explore the city.I would also like to thank and appreciate the staff members who genuinely made an effort to help us and correct the mistakes caused by others. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were noticeable and appreciated.

Unfortunately, my stay at Banyan Tree Doha was disappointing. One day before arrival, the hotel contacted me and sent a form which I completed, clearly stating that I would arrive late. They confirmed that everything would be ready. However, upon arrival, the front desk agent informed me that I had been upgraded and confirmed that a twin bed suite was available. When I entered the room, it turned out to be a king bed, not a twin. When I returned to the reception, the agent acted as if he was not aware of what had been promised. The hotel was fully booked, but honesty and transparency are essential, especially after confirming details in advance.Eventually, an extra bed was offered for one night only, which was not an acceptable solution.Breakfast service was also slow; I had to request the same item multiple times before receiving it. In addition, room dining lacked proper communication. If the hotel is busy, guests should be informed about possible delays, which unfortunately did not happen.Even during check-out, there was a delay in bringing a trolley to collect our luggage. This was my first experience with Banyan Tree, and sadly it left a negative impression. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, the lack of professionalism from others significantly affected the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.I would like to give special thanks to Biben and Ela at the reception for their outstanding hospitality. They were extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more pleasant. Their warm welcome and attention to detail really stood out.I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Very spacious apartments and modern.

The lobby is was no directly under the tower we’re in so no one can help you if you need anything like requesting new cards or such.

Smart room with good size. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcoming and reception area are great and lovely. Breakfast area is amazing it's like sitting in garden with good vibe and high quality of food.

Hotel front desk were friendly and helpful, the Gentleman Montasir while check-in was very supportive.

Location, Room space, cleanliness and Staff

Not worth the money.

They forgot to clean our room even though we specifically turned on the clean our room sign, and we came back exhausted after a long day to a dirty room. Even the room service ordered in the morning wasnt removed.Furthermore, on booking.com they claimed every suite came with a sofa bed. This wasn’t true. They told us upon checkin that none of their rooms had sofa beds. Our daughter ended up sleeping on a sofa the whole time she was there.

We got a two bedroom residence but at the time of check in they upgraded us to three bedroom so Everything was great ?

Had a little leak in the bathroom because of scheduled maintenance.

Wonderful experience at Banyan Tree Doha. The hotel features a luxurious design that beautifully blends Qatari heritage with modern touches. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with stunning views. The spa is exceptional, and the staff are professional, friendly, and always helpful. The location is great within the Doha Oasis complex, close to restaurants and the mall. Breakfast is good but could be more diverse. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely return.

The only thing I would return for is the spa .. The front desk were good i checked in and out with ease

the room service was the worse it took for ever to come i keep calling them and never answer.. I really hate the I HATE THE BED .. they put extra cushions to fill in the gap between the bed and the mattress and the bed was hard to sleep on I really didn’t enjoy the stay

A very nice and large apartment with all the basic needs. It is also close to the Musheireb area.

Construction noise 24 hours a day woke us up all throughout the night

Construction work for extension the hotel not mentioned in the booking So it was noisy I changed my room to higher floor

Big rooms. Beautiful entrance. Free Valet parking.

There was construction work that we were not informed about. It was very noisy. The breakfast buffet lacked variety; it is substandard compared to other hotels in the area.
